How is salary increment calculated?
Multiply your current monthly salary by the hike percentage. Example: ₹50,000 × 10% = ₹5,000 increment → ₹55,000 new monthly salary.

How much is my annual salary increase?
Annual increase = (new monthly − current monthly) × 12, which equals current monthly × increment% × 12.
Does this include PF or tax?
