About this tool

Organize PDF is the swiss-army knife of the PDF Suite. Instead of opening four separate tools — Rotate, Delete, Duplicate and Reorder — it gives you a single thumbnail grid where every page has quick controls for each action. It is designed for the everyday reality of PDF cleanup, where a document needs a mix of edits: one sideways scan needs rotating, a blank cover needs deleting, a signature page needs duplicating and the appendix needs to move to the end.

All processing is 100% client-side. Your PDF is opened inside your browser tab, edited with pdf-lib (and rendered with pdf.js when needed), and saved as a Blob download. Nothing is ever uploaded to any server and closing the tab wipes every working buffer.

One toolbox for the whole workflow

Cleaning up a PDF is rarely a single action. You upload a file, spot two sideways scans on pages 3 and 5, notice the cover is a blank scan artefact, and decide the appendix should move to the end. Doing that through four tools means four upload-download cycles. Organize PDF collapses all of it into one grid: rotate is a button on every thumbnail, delete flips a red badge, duplicate adds a copy right next to the source, and Move Left / Move Right rearrange without dragging on touch devices. Every change is queued until you press Apply, so you can experiment freely.

Lossless copyPages under the hood

The final Apply step calls pdf-lib’s copyPages with the final ordered list of source-page indices (rotations applied via setRotation). Because copyPages is a byte-level operation, embedded fonts stay embedded, vector graphics stay vectors, and OCR text stays selectable. That means Organize PDF is safe to use as the final step before submitting a document to a portal, an ATS or an e-sign platform.

When Organize PDF is the right choice

Use Organize PDF when the changes span several categories. Use the dedicated Rotate, Delete, Extract or Reorder tools when your task is narrow and you want the simplest possible UI. Both paths lead to the same lossless output because they share the same underlying engine.

Privacy note

Your files never leave your browser. All parsing, page rendering and PDF assembly happens locally on your device using open-source libraries (pdf-lib and pdf.js). ilovedigital.in cannot see, store or share the contents of your documents.
